Indiana
DE Ryan Phillis, RFr., Boardman: Played in all 12 games, starting six, and made 34 tackles, including 0.5 for loss, for the Hoosiers, who went 1-11 and 0-7 in the Big Ten.
Michigan
LB Isaiah Bell, Soph., Liberty: Did not appear in any games.
RB Fitzgerald Toussaint, Soph., Liberty: Appeared in 11 games, starting 10, and carried 174 times for 1,011 yards and nine TDs. Also caught five passes for 14 yards and a TD as the Wolverines went 10-2, 6-2. Earned honorable mention all-conference honors.
Michigan State
S Kurtis Drummond, RFr., Hubbard: Appeared in 10 of the first 12 games, making 16 tackles with one sack, a pass defense and two interceptions. Saturday’s stats were not available at press time.
Nebraska
RB Braylon Heard, Fr., Mooney: Appeared in seven games, carrying 25 times for 114 yards and a TD. Also caught one pass for 1 yard as the Cornhuskers went 9-3, 5-3.
WR Tim Marlowe, Jr., Mooney: Appeared in 12 games, starting one, and carried six times for 71 yards, caught 12 passes for 113 yards and a TD, returned two punts for 13 yards, returned 10 kickoffs for 195 yards and assisted on a tackle.
C Mark Pelini, RFr., Mooney: Appeared in one game as a backup lineman.
Northwestern
DL Vince Browne, Sr., Lisbon: Appeared in 12 games, starting six, and made 35 tackles with 3.5 for loss and three sacks as the Wildcats went 6-6, 3-5.
DL Tyler Scott, Soph., Howland: Appeared in 10 games, starting seven, and made 29 tackles with 2.5 for loss, one sack, one interception, two pass break-ups and three recovered fumbles. Missed two games with a neck stinger.
Ohio State
RB Dan Herron, Sr., Warren Harding: Appeared in six games, starting five, and carried 123 times for 596 yards and three TDs for the Buckeyes, who went 6-6, 3-5. Also caught four passes for 23 yards. Suspended for first six games after violating NCAA rules. Earned honorable mention all-conference honors.
OL Corey Linsley, Soph., Boardman: Appeared in nine games as a backup lineman. Was suspended the first two games for violating team rules.
LS George Makridis, Soph, Warren Harding: Appeared in 10 games as a long snapper.
DL J.T. Moore, RFr., Boardman: Appeared in 12 games with three starts, making nine tackles, including one for loss.
DL John Simon, Jr., Mooney: Started all 12 games and made 50 tackles, including a team-best 15 for loss with seven sacks. Also broke up three passes. Earned first team all-conference honors.
Penn State
RB Brandon Beachum, Jr., Mooney: Appeared in seven games, starting two, and carried 34 times for 134 yards for the Nittany Lions, who went 9-3, 6-2. Also caught four passes for 32 yards. Had surgery two days after breaking his fibula in the season finale against Wisconsin. Missed four games with a sprained foot.
FB Michael Zordich, Jr., Mooney: Appeared in 12 games, starting one, and carried 15 times for 30 yards and two TDs. Also caught five passes for 31 yards, returned a kickoff for 6 yards and made nine tackles.
Wisconsin
WR Chase Hammond, RFr., Boardman: Did not appear in any of the Badgers’ first 12 games.
BIG EAST
Cincinnati
WR Tomaz Hilton, Sr., Rayen: Appeared in 11 games, making six tackles for the Bearcats, who went 9-3, 5-2.
DL Derek Wolfe, Sr., Beaver Local: Started all 12 games, making 64 tackles with a team-best 19.5 tackles for loss and 9.5 sacks. Also forced two fumbles and recovered two fumbles.
RB Akise Teague, Fr., Ursuline: Appeared in two games, carrying eight times for 42 yards and a TD.
Pitt
S Ray Vinopal, Soph., Mooney: Former Michigan player sat out the season due to NCAA transfer rules.
WR Darius Patton, Fr., Poland: Appeared in 10 games, catching five passes for 20 yards, returning a kickoff for 16 yards, returning a punt for 3 yards and carrying twice for minus-16 yards for the Panthers, who went 6-6, 4-3

LB Lewellyn Coker, Soph., Warren Harding: Appeared in 12 games, making two tackles for the Orange, who went 5-7, 1-6.
West Virginia
S Mike Dorsey, Fr., Warren Harding: Appeared in five games, making one tackle for the Mountaineers, who went 9-3, 5-2.
MAC
Akron
K A.J. Fox, Fr., Mooney: Made all eight of his field goal attempts with a long of 43. Also made all nine of his extra point attempts as the Zips went 1-11, 0-8.
Ball State
S Sean Baker, Sr., Canfield: Appeared in 10 games, starting all 10, and made 95 tackles, including two for loss with a sack. Also intercepted two passes, broke up four passes, forced a fumble and recovered a fumble as the Cardinals went 6-6, 4-4. Missed two games with a shoulder injury. Earned first team all-conference honors.
LB Trent Toothman, Fr., Salem: Redshirted.
Bowling Green
DB Aunre’ Davis, Soph., Warren Harding: Appeared in three games but did not record any statistics for the Falcons, who went 5-7, 3-5.
DB Cameron Truss, Jr., LaBrae: Appeared in 10 games, starting eight, and made 52 tackles, including one for loss. Also intercepted one pass. Missed two games with a sprained ankle.
Buffalo
QB Alex Zordich, Soph., Mooney: Appeared in four games, completing 5 of 12 passes for 41 yards. Also rushed three times for 9 yards as the Bulls went 3-9, 2-6.
Kent State
QB Sal Battles, Jr., East: Did not appear in any games for the Flashes, who went 5-7, 4-4.
S Luke Wollet, Soph., Poland: Appeared in all 12 games, making 65 tackles with four for a loss. Also had a team-best four interceptions, recovered two fumbles (returning one for a touchdown) and forced a fumble. Earned third team all-conference honors.
OL Chris Anzevino, Sr., Warren Harding: Started all 12 games.
DL Ishmaa’ily Kitchen, Sr., Mooney: Appeared in nine games, starting six, and recorded 13 tackles, including 2.5 for loss. Also recovered a fumble.
Miami (Ohio)
DB Anthony Kokal, Sr., Warren JFK: Started all 12 games and made a team-best 91 tackles, including five for loss. Also had two sacks, an interception, three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and punted seven times for a 32.3 average for the RedHawks, who went 4-8, 3-5.
Ohio
WR Landon Smith, Fr., Girard: Appeared in nine games, catching three passes for 24 yards for the Bobcats, who went 9-4, 6-2.
Toledo
LB Dawalyn Harper, Fr., Ursuline: Appeared in eight games, making nine tackles for the Rockets, who went 8-4, 7-1.
TE Jerome Jones, Sr., Ursuline: Appeared in all 12 games, starting five, and caught 10 passes for 155 yards and two TDs.
CB Desmond Marrow, Sr., Mooney. Appeared in all 12 games, starting 11, and led the team in tackles (78) and interceptions (three). Also had a tackle for loss and broke up 14 passes. Earned first team all-conference honors.
P Vince Penza, Soph., Mooney: Appeared in 10 games and punted 44 times for 37.4 average with 10 inside the 20. Also made a tackle.
OTHERS

S Dan McCarthy, Sr., Mooney: Appeared in 11 games and made nine tackles for the Fighting Irish, who went 8-4.
