A motorcyclist was killed in a Sunday afternoon collision with a car at state Route 82 and Niles-Vienna Road.

Ejected from the westbound motorcycle she was riding along Route 82 and fatally injured in the 12:17 p.m. crash was Kodi Brenner, 20, of Masury, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.

The driver of the eastbound car, Andrew Fredenburg, 27, of Vienna, suffered minor injuries but refused treatment at the scene.

The motorcycle hit the car as Fredenburg attempted a left turn onto Niles-Vienna Road, the patrol said. Brenner was wearing a helmet, the patrol said. The crash remains under investigation.
