50th anniversary event for Champs in Beaver Falls

BEAVER, PA.

Donald and Dorothy Champ, of Beaver, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary July 23 at The Timberhouse at Rolling Acres in Beaver Falls.

The evening event was hosted by their children, Renee Malutic of Youngstown; Dawn (Nick) Librich, Daniel (Leslie) Champ and Thomas (Lisa) Champ, all of Beaver; Butch (Jamie) Champ of Koppel; and Jackie (Donald) Smith of Beaver Falls; and their six grandchildren, Danielle, Amanda, Haley, Michael, Ashton and Erica.

Mr. Champ and the former Dorothy Zorella were married July 2, 1961, in St. Anthony Church, Youngstown. Mrs. Champ is a homemaker. Mr. Champ was self-employed with D.C. Maintenance before retiring in January. The couple are members of Sts. Peter and Paul Church.
