Justine Marie Banks, daughter of Ellen Wakeford-Banks of Boardman and Michael C. Banks of Poland, and Sean Paul Ryan of Cincinnati, son of Elaine Burns Ryan and Edward A. Ryan, both of Erie, Pa., exchanged wedding vows May 21 in St. Rose Church.

Monsignor John Zuraw officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony, and a reception followed at the Davis Center in Fellows Riverside Gardens at Mill Creek Park.

After a honeymoon at Hocking Hills State Park in Logan, Ohio, the couple are living in Cincinnati, where the bride is a teen center coordinator for the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati and the groom is a sales representative for Cumulus Media Inc.

The bride wore an A-line ecru taffeta and satin gown, styled with a sweetheart neckline, fitted bodice and cathedral-length train and embellished with beads and crystals.

She was attended by her sister, Jessica L. Banks, as maid of honor; bridesmaids Kelli Hunter, Ciara D’Altorio and Emily Dins- more; and flower girl Brooke Ryan, the groom’s niece. All wore teal gowns.

Jesse Francis was best man; Edward Ryan III and Michael Ryan, the groom’s brothers, and Tom Sandy were groomsmen; and Michael P. Banks and Sean T. Banks, the bride’s brothers, were ushers.

The bride earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Youngstown State University and a master’s in social work from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. Mr. Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from YSU.
