Pancake breakfast to help cats, dogs

TNR of Warren and For the Dogs Animal Rescue will serve a pancake breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. Sept. 17 at Packard Park Indoor Shelter House, 1703 Mahoning Ave.

The cost is $7 per person for all-you-can-eat pancakes, served with sausage, milk, orange juice and coffee. Tickets are available in advance or at the door. Tickets also will be sold for a 50-50 raffle and basket auction.

Proceeds will be used to save dogs and cats in Trumbull and Mahoning counties. Both TNR and For the Dogs are nonprofit, all-volunteer groups and rely solely on donations and fundraisers. Donations are tax-deductible.
