St. Louis couple plan October rite in Boardman

Josephine Dottle and Paul Brown, both of Columbus, and Tom and Marilyn Panagopoulos of Canfield are announcing the engagement and coming marriage of their children, Jessica R. Brown and Thomas G. Panagopoulos, both of St. Louis, Mo.

Invitations will be issued for the 3:30 p.m. ceremony Oct. 1 at St. John Greek Orthodox Church in Boardman, and an evening reception at the Maronite Center in Austintown.

The bride-to-be graduated from the Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School and is an administrative assistant at The Diamond Shop in St. Louis. The prospective groom works for the federal government in St. Louis after earning a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Akron.
