AUXILIARIES

VFW Post 6488 Auxiliary members will meet at 4 p.m. Sunday at the post home at 2065 Coitsville-Hubbard Road. Sandy Graves will preside, and dues for 2012 will collected.

CLUBS

Columbiana and Mahoning County Beekeepers Association will meet Sunday at the Kovach home, 322 S. Turner Road, Austintown. A potluck lunch at 1 p.m. will precede the meeting at 2.

Warren Women’s Connection will have a luncheon, “Something Unique,” from 11;30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sept. 12 at DiLucia’s Banquet Room, 2610 Elm Road NE, Warren. Free nursery is available by reservation. The event will feature unique gifts and cards by Jan-Dor Design, music by Christylee Roose, and speaker Shirley Davidson sharing her most valuable and unforgettable memories. Cost is $13 per person. Western Reserve Amateur Radio Club’s ham radio technician and extra class training sessions are being offered at 7 p.m. Sept. 14 and Oct. 26 at Mahoning County EMA, 700 Industrial Road, Youngstown. DARE Singles Group is a social group for divorced, widowed, and separated people.
