Steven Davies of Leavittsburg and the former Stephanie Brown of Liberty were married April 9 at St. Columba Cathedral, with the Rev. John Keehner officiating.
A reception followed at Antone’s Banquet Centre in Boardman. The couple have planned an October honeymoon.
Parents of the couple are Rick and Denise Davies of Leavittsburg and David and Carol Brown of Liberty.
The bride is an interior designer at Coventry Lighting Design Center in Canfield. She earned a bachelor’s degree in interior merchandising and design from Youngstown State University.
The groom is a builder of Kraftmaid cabinetry at Masco Corp. in Middlefield.
The bride wore a champagne strapless silk shantung gown styled with a ruched bodice and dropped waist accented with a beaded bronze bow and a chapel train.
Her attendants, in espresso dresses, were her matron of honor, Nancy McCormick, and bridesmaids Melanie Davies, the groom’s sister, and Becky Lyda, Nicole Tyran, Stacey Baun, Kristin Garesche and Danielle Eliopoulos.
The groom’s nieces, Haley and Cyan Davies, were junior bridesmaids, and flower girl was Reese McCormick.
Best man was Todd Ambrose, and groomsmen were Kurt Householder, Dan Lawrence, Sean Tyran, Jeff Lyda and Mickey McCormick.
The bride’s godson, Ande Richards, was ring bearer.
