Bank robbery reported in Howland

HOWLAND

Police are investigating a Saturday morning bank robbery. A robbery at First Place Bank, 8226 E. Market St., was first reported at about 11 a.m. to Trumbull County dispatchers. Initial reports state that a man entered the bank and passed a note demanding money and left the scene in a van. The man appeared to be unarmed, according to reports. No other information was available.
