OSHP probes fatal crash on I-76

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is continuing its investigation of a Thursday crash that killed a 43-year-old Cuyahoga Falls man.

Troopers said the accident occurred on Interstate 76 over Lake Milton about 10:10 a.m.

Shawn Dunn was driving a Ford F-150 truck when he hit the rear of a tractor- trailer that was stopped in traffic because of construction work, according to reports.

The force of the crash caused the tractor-trailer to hit the rear of a car in front of it. Troopers said the driver of that car and the driver of the tractor-trailer were not injured, but Dunn was pronounced dead at the scene. Dunn was wearing his seat belt, reports state.
