Mayhew-Pickel ceremony set at Rodef Sholom

Neesa Mayhew and Damion Samuel Pickel, both of Struthers, are announcing their engagement and coming marriage, which will take place on Sept. 4 at Congregation Rodef Sholom, Youngstown.

The open ceremony will take place at noon, and invitations will be issued for an evening reception at Antone’s Banquet Centre in Boardman.

The future bride is the daughter of Barbara Mayhew of Poland and the late Richard Mayhew.

She is a customer-service representative for Roth Bros. Inc. in Youngstown after attending Youngstown State University.

The prospective groom is the son of Bruce and Lauren Pickel of New Castle, Pa.

He is vice president of Gardner Steel Corp. in New Castle after earning a bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University.
