The International Gold, Silver and Diamond Buyers will be at the Best Western Meander Inn, 870 N. Canfield-Niles Road from Tuesday through Aug. 20.
Spokesman Ron Smith says IGSDB hopes to spend at least $200,000 buying old coin collections, vintage bank notes and scrap gold, silver and diamonds.
Gold has recently traded at record high levels and is being sold for as much as $1,781 per troy ounce.
Show hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Aug. 19, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 20.
Low rates in Ohio
COLUMBUS
Ohio has the 11th-lowest auto insurance and ninth- lowest homeowners insurance premiums in the nation, according to new figures released by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
Auto-insurance rates among the state’s top 10 private-passenger insurance groups rose 1.5 percent in 2010, a slight decrease from the 2.8-percent jump in 2009.
Homeowners insurance among the state’s top 10 insurance groups rose 8.7 percent in 2010 after climbing 9.7 percent in 2009.
The top 10 insurance groups in each category represent approximately 70 percent of the market.
The report said department analysts expect 2011 rates to follow a similar pattern.

Five Below to open

Extreme-value retailer Five Below is set to open its doors at 9:30 a.m. Friday.
Five Below, which targets teens and preteens and carries a wide variety of items including DVDs, video games, room decor, arts and crafts, sports equipment and back-to-school apparel, becomes the latest addition to The Shops at Boardman Park, 411 Boardman-Poland Road.
The store’s hours are Mondays through Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
