Community Day on Friday at Southern Park Mall

BOARDMAN — Southern Park Mall is sponsoring a Community Day at the mall that will provide a venue for more than 30 local, nonprofit organizations to showcase their services and raise money for their local projects. Activities will take place throughout the course of the day Friday.

Participants include Boardman Township Fire Department, Akron Children’s Hospital, Hospice of the Valley, Catholic Charities, Hands-On Volunteer Network, Alchemy Acres, Rich Center for Autism, Jewish Community Center, Head Start-Mahoning Youngstown, Green Team, Northeast Ohio Adoption Services and Compass Family & Community Services.
