Wedding vows were exchanged Oct. 23, 2010, in Holy Family Church by Kimberly Marie Berg, daughter of John and Theresa Berg, all of Poland, and Michael Owen Kivlighan of Boardman, son of Thomas and Barbara Kivlighan of Canfield. Monsignor William J. Connell officiated, and a reception followed at the Maronite Center before the couple left for a honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

The bride, who earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communication sciences and disorders from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, is a speech language pathologist for TuDor Physical Therapy in Youngstown.

The groom is a self-employed attorney after earning a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and a law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.

The bride’s strapless fitted satin gown featured hand-beaded embroidery and a cathedral-length train.

In eggplant gowns were Kristina Berg and Cara Carramusa, her sisters, as honor attendants; bridesmaids Kimberly Berg, Annie Marian and Victoria Mauer; and flower girl Katie Semer, the groom’s cousin.

Robert Harvey was the groom’s best man, and groomsmen were the bride’s brother, John Berg; the bride’s brother-in-law, Pietro Carramusa; the groom’s cousin, David Cunningham; and Matthew Pavone. Ring bearer was Jack Limbian.

The couple are living in Boardman.
