Melanie Noble, Stanley Fannin II to wed in Sept.

Melanie Noble of Poland and Stanley Fannin II of Youngstown are announcing their engagement and plans for their upcoming wedding.

Miss Noble is the daughter of Joyce Noble of Poland and Jeff Noble of New Castle, Pa. Mr. Fannin is the son of Stanley Fannin of Alliance and Brenda Weekley of Sebring.

An open wedding is being planned for 3:30 p.m. Sept. 17 at Rush Church in Canfield.

An open reception will be at 7 that evening at Mahoning Country Club in Girard.

The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
