ATHLETIC GROUPS

McDonald Baseball Association will meet at 6 p.m. Sunday in the community room at the post office building.

McDonald Sideliners will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the high school.

AUXILIARIES

ITAM Post 3 Auxiliary will meet at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the post home, 115 S. Meridian Road.

St. Anthony’s Auxiliary of Struthers will have a picnic at 5;30 p.m. Monday at the Masters Pavilion in Boardman Park. Cost is $8 for members. The telephone committee is taking reservations. Arlene DeChellis will conduct a brief business meeting and announce the location for the September meeting.

VFW Triangle Post 2799 Auxiliary will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the post home, 3161 E. South Range Road, New Springfield.

VFW Post 3538 Auxiliary will have its regular monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the post home, 157 Lowellville Road, Struthers. Dues for 2012 are payable. Call 330-755-2701 for more information.

CLASSES

Chaney High School Class of 1959 will meet for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Davidson’s in Cornersburg. Classmates and spouses are welcome.

Woodrow Wilson High School Classes of January and June 1947 will meet for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Denny’s in Boardman. Members of the classes of 1946 and ’48 also are welcome.

CLUBS

The Retreads, a newly formed motorcycle group, will meet at 1 p.m. Aug. 13 at Denny’s on Route 224 in Boardman. Lunch will precede the meeting. The August ride schedule will be available at the meeting. Membership is open to those 40 and over who love riding motorcycles. Dues are $15 per year. For more information call 330-788-7271.

Christian Coalition of Mercer County will have its regular monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at First Assembly of God Church, North Keel Ridge Road, Hermitage, Pa. Plans for the Sept. 10 tea party will be discussed, and Brian Schaller, curriculum director for Hermitage Schools, will speak about what the schools are expected to teach and what is being covered in the curricula. Parents and grandparents are encouraged to attend to learn how to be good tutors. Refreshments and fellowship follows.

St. Rose Quilting Group will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the parish house.

SERVICE CLUBS

Girard-Liberty Kiwanis will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at The Golf Dome, 1300 N. State St., Girard.

McDonald Lions Club will meet at 10 a.m. Aug. 13 on the second floor of the Retirement Center, 550 Ohio Ave.

SINGLES

DARE Singles Group is a social group for divorced, widowed, and separated people.
