Pageant is open to Italian women

YOUNGSTOWN

Young Italian women between the ages of 15 and 24 are invited to compete in the 2011 Greater Youngstown Italian Festival Pageant on July 29, one of the events that will kick off the 26th annual Greater Youngstown Italian Festival in downtown Youngstown.

Those participating in the culture-based pageant will have a chance to present a speech about their heritage and to showcase their talents on the main stage on Federal Street.
