Jennifer Ulicney, daughter of John and Judy Ulicney of Youngstown, and Todd DeMain, son of Jack and Norma DeMain, all of Austintown, were married on Aug. 14 at St. Joseph Church.

The Rev. Shawn Conoboy officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony, and a reception followed at St. Mary’s Assumption Social Center in Youngstown.

The couple left on a motor trip along the East coast and live in Austintown.

The bride wore a white satin A-line gown with a sweetheart neckline.

Black gowns were worn by Christine Santana, the bride’s sister and honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Mandy Ulicney, her sister-in-law; Jill Cole, the groom’s sister; Caron Precurato, the bride’s cousin; Susanne Schesler; Tamara Wardle; Maria Santana, the bride’s niece, and Stephanie DeMain, a niece of the groom. Flower girl was his niece, Emily DeMain.

Johnny Santana served as best man, and groomsmen were Dean DeMain, the groom’s brother; Sean Ulicney and David Ulicney, brothers of the bride; Mike Rossetti; Paul Lewis; and A. J. Santana, the bride’s nephew. Ring bearer was the groom’s nephew, Anthony DeMain.

The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s in special education. She is a fifth- and sixth-grade teacher at St. Charles School in Boardman.

The groom is a construction assistant with Allied Erecting in Youngstown.
