BERLIN CENTER

April Lude (7-1) scattered seven hits and had a double and two RBIs as Western Reserve won its 47th straight game in the Inter Tri-County League. Sissy Stubbs, Chelsea Bogden and Savannah Ruby all added two hits. Stubbs scored three runs, Bogden drove in three and Ruby drove in two. Taylor Bailey hit a double for Sebring (5-12, 3-6), while Ashley Meiter singled twice and Taylor Ward both singled twice.

Jackson-Milton 6, Lowellville 0

NORTH JACKSON

Winning pitcher Paije Kiraly (10-4) struck out 11 batters and walked none for the Bluejays (10-4, 7-2 ITCL). She also doubled. Katie Santor tripled while Caitlyn Carney and Maddie Griffiths doubled. Carney had two hits.

Boardman 6, GlenOak 3

CANTON

Alex DiDomenico had 17 strike-outs and Danielle Petrus and Brooke Meenachan each were 3 for 3 to lead Boardman (9-4, 3-1 Federal League). Julie Sokol and Alex Defabio had key RBIs for the Spartans.

Howland 10, Struthers 0

STRUTHERS

Hayley Marchio (7-2) tossed a five-inning, three-hitter and had two singles that drove in two runs for the Tigers (8-2), who had 13 hits. Tori McCormick had a double and single and two RBIs. Emily Price had three singles, Christina Brindley had a double and single and Alyse March had two singles. Also for the Tigers, Mackenzie Blessing added two RBIs, while Olivia Nicholas had a double and RBI. Katie Jordan, Mandy Ditman and Celeste Cavanaugh had singles for Struthers (9-7).

Lakeview 2, Harding 0

CORTLAND

Taylor Wald struck out 10 in a two-hitter for Lakeview. Alyssa Nicholas led the Bulldogs with a pair of singles. Lorna Rowe-McMillion allowed only four hits for Harding.

Canfield 12, Beaver Local 0

CANFIELD

Sarah Vrabel (1-2) picked up her first win with a one-hitter for Canfield, which had 12 hits. Gina Mancini had a two-run double, Kayley Keller had a two-run single and Sydney Opladen doubled for the Cardinals (3-4, 3-0 AAC).

Mathews 4, Grand Valley 3

ORWELL

Winning pitcher Brittany Schnarrs (3-4) struck out six and walked two. Also for the Mustangs (3-4, 3-0 Northeastern Athletic Conference), Tabby Granelly had two hits. Katie Paskey struck out five and walked one for Grand Valley (4-5).

South Range 3, Lisbon 1

LISBON

Madison Yanek had a three-hitter, Emily Seman had a triple and double and Yanek also doubled for the Raiders (16-3, 8-0 ITCL). Lauren Ketchum struck out 10 over seven innings in a losing cause and Kellee Schafer had a home run for Lisbon.

East Palestine 5, Crestview 0

CRESTVIEW

Karly Pence (8-1) threw a one-hitter with 13 strikeouts for the Bulldogs (9-3, 5-1 ITCL). Five players had two hits apiece. The Rebels are 4-8, 2-6.

Lordstown 5, Badger 0

LORDSTOWN

Briana Sinn had 14 strikeouts in a four-hitter for Lordstown (8-1, 6-1 NEC). Also for the Red Devils, Melody Taylor and Allyson Hajnosz had two hits apiece, while one of Taylor’s was a double. Katie Pelton had two singles and Sam Pemberton doubled for Badger.

Mineral Ridge 7, McDonald 3

McDONALD

Meghan Garland had a home run and triple and four RBIs to lead Mineral Ridge (5-7). Also for the Rams, Emily Reese had a double, Miranda Stith had two singles and Taylor Donnelly had a two-run double. Emily Magill had three singles, Rachel Jones had a double and single for McDonald (9-2).

Springfield 5, Columbiana 4

NEW MIDDLETOWN

Sierra Maldonado’s single scored two runs in the bottom of the sixth during Springfield’s four-run inning. Nicole Sicilano had three hits, while Jessica Evan, Kim Taylor and Maldonado had two hits apiece for the Tigers(4-6, 4-5 ITCL). Katie Libb had two hits and Dakota DeAmicis doubled for Columbiana (7-6, 5-5).

Alliance 2, West Branch 1

ALLIANCE

Marissa Bondoni threw 12 strikeouts during a six-hitter and Bondoni and Erin Dreger had the only two hits for the Aviators (5-6, 4-2 NBC). Emily Weber allowed two hits for West Branch (9-5, 5-4), while Brandi Snyder and Reagan Rito had two hits apiece.

LaBrae 2, Newton Falls 1

LEAVITTSBURG

Jessica Buck had seven strikeouts and two walks and added a double and single for LaBrae (2-5, 2-3 AAC). Courtney Aldridge’s single knocked in Buck and Danielle Miracle in the third inning with the Vikings’ only two runs. Kelsie Daniel also doubled for the Vikings.
