Patton to address neighborhood meeting tonight

YOUNGSTOWN — Former State Rep. Sylvester Patton Jr., a candidate for fifth ward councilman, will speak at 6:30 tonight at the Newport Neighborhood Association's monthly meeting.

The group will meet at the Martin Luther Lutheran Church, 420 Clearmount Ave.
