Browns select Phil Taylor, a defensive lineman

The Browns traded with the Kansas City Chiefs to select Phil Taylor, a defensive tackle from Baylor, with the 21st pick in the NFL Draft.

Earlier, the Browns traded their No. 6 pick to the Atlanta Falcons, for Atlanta’s first-round pick (No. 27), and four other picks this year and in 2012.

The Browns then swapped the 21 and 27 picks with the Chiefs.
