Gunshots fired into house where 9-year-old sleeping

WARREN

A resident of Saratoga Avenue Southwest reported that gunshots were fired into her house about 3 a.m. Tuesday, and she could hear a car speed away.

Officers found shell casings near the street in front of the house and eight bullet holes in the house.

Two spent bullets were recovered from the house — one on the floor in a hallway and the other in a bedroom.

Two other bullets were lodged in a closet.

All of the bullets were near where a 9-year-old boy was sleeping.

No injuries were reported.
