Scavenger hunt is library program

HUBBARD

The Hubbard Public Library, 436 W. Liberty St., invites all ages to help observe the American Library Association’s Preservation Week.

To make preservation recognition fun, the library has created a scavenger hunt using microfilm from The Hubbard News dated Oct. 7, 1927, through Feb. 22, 1929. To participate, visit the second floor of the library and pick up a copy of the scavenger hunt form near the microfilm reader.

Answers to the scavenger hunt can be found by searching the microfilm.

Children under 13 must have a responsible adult assisting them with the microfilm. For more information call the library at 330-534-3512 or email amy@beyond-books.org.
