Search resumes for Pa. student missing since January

BEAVER FALLS, Pa. (AP) — Investigators are starting a fresh search for a western Pennsylvania college student who disappeared in January.

A new search began today for Geneva College freshman Devon Minor.

Authorities last searched for the Philadelphia-area man in February when the area was covered in snow. Police said they wanted to search the area before foliage thickens and limits visibility.

The engineering major was last seen on Jan. 20 at a campus cafeteria.

Minor’s friends and family say before his disappearance Minor posted a Facebook message about having a problem and saying nobody could help him.
