City offices: Youngstown, Warren, regular hours; Niles, Salem, Sharon, New Castle, Newton Falls Municipal Court, closed Friday.

County offices: Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, regular hours; Mercer, Lawrence, closed Friday.

State offices: Regular hours Friday.

Federal offices: Regular hours Friday.

Mail delivery: Regular hours Friday, Saturday.

Schools: Youngstown, closed through Monday; Warren, Niles, closed Fri. and Mon.; Salem, closed through Fri.; Sharon, New Castle, closed Thu.-Mon.

Universities: Youngstown State, Kent State Trumbull Campus, regular hours.

Western Reserve Transit Authority: Regular schedule.

Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, closed Saturday; Warren-Trumbull, Kinsman Free Public Library, Hubbard Public Library, Girard Free Library, McKinley Memorial Library, Niles, Newton Falls Public Library, regular schedule. Bristol Public Library, Bristolville, closed Friday.
