Windham man gets year in prison on sex charge

WARREN — Dennis L. Dye, 57, of Nichols Road, Windham, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court to two counts of gross sexual imposition and was sentenced to one year in prison.

Court records say Dye was accused of having sexual contact with a 10-year-old girl in January 2010 in Newton Falls. Judge Andrew Logan presided over the case.
