North Jackson man charged in child sex case free on bond

NORTH JACKSON

A North Jackson man charged with pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, posted $4,000 bond after his arraignment Monday in Mahoning County Area Court in Austintown.

Milbur Stout, 41, is out on bail until his May 9 hearing.

Jackson Township police arrested Stout after an investigation uncovered sexually explicit photos of a minor at his residence.
