Masternick-Black wedding planned for late spring

The engagement of Janeen Masternick, daughter of Joe and Renee Masternick of Boardman, and Keith Black, son of Charles and Linda Black of Southington, and plans for their upcoming marriage are being announced.

The couple will exchange nuptial vows during a 1:30 p.m. ceremony June 18 at St. Michael Church in Canfield. Invitations will be extended for the wedding and for a reception at Avion on the Water Banquet Center, Canfield.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and neuroscience. She will graduate from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine June 4 and will be completing her year internship at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. She will serve a three-year residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland.

The prospective groom earned a bachelor’s degree in biology. He also will graduate from OU College of Osteopathic Medicine June 4 and will complete his three-year residency in internal medicine at St. Joseph Health Center, Warren.
