Bridal shower package will be contest prize

A Poland wedding planner is giving away a bridal shower design package.

Linda Fowler, owner of Black Dog Wedding & Special Event Design, asks contestants to email blackdogdesign@att.net and explain why they or someone they know should win a bridal shower design package.

Include a contact name, address and phone number as well as a head count and shower location.

A few restrictions apply: Eighty guests is the maximum, although party hosts can pay for any overflow if they wish; the location must be within 25 miles of the Black Dog Studio, and design planning is up to the discretion of Black Dog.

The prize for the winning entry is the whole visual package for a bridal shower: tablecloths, centerpieces and atmosphere.

The studio is at 108 S. Main St., Poland. Entries must be submitted by May 18.
