Ohio state auditor speaks in Howland next week

HOWLAND — Ohio Auditor Dave Yost will speak at the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber’s government affairs council luncheon at 11:30 a.m. April 27 at Leo’s Ristorante, 7042 E. Market St.
