Federal and state income taxes are required to be filed no later than Monday. Any individuals with tax questions are urged to visit the Internal Revenue Service website at irs.gov or call 800-829-1040.

It is also the last day to file for an extension. Extensions allow for extra time to complete paperwork, but don’t extend a person’s time to pay taxes.

SCORE seminar set

SCORE, Counselors to America’s Small Business, will host a free small-business seminar at 6 p.m. April 28 at Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, 444 Mahoning Ave. NW.

SCORE will address topics for those interested in starting a business, such as start-up, business and marketing plans, and finances.

Jo-Kar’s Grooming has a new location

Jo-Kar’s Grooming has moved to a new location, 231 W. Main St. Jo-Kar’s has been grooming pets since 1972, previously at its 266 W. Main St. location.

Audit fee cut for Dominion customers

COLUMBUS

Dominion East Ohio customers are eligible to receive home-energy audits at a reduced fee. Dominion East had offered audits for $125 beginning last October, but those same packages are available for $50, the company announced. Dominion’s audit is valued at $500.

Customers who already have paid for the audits can get a refund of the difference by calling the audit program administrator, GoodCents, at 877-287-3416.

All Dominion residential customers are eligible for the audit program, except those who qualify for the Percentage of Income Payment Program or the Home Energy Assistance Program.
