Survivors of Suicide Awareness Walk set for May

WARREN

The fourth annual Survivors of Suicide Awareness Walk will be from 2 to 4 p.m. May 14 at the Trumbull County Courthouse gazebo.

The walk is in memory of loved ones who died by suicide. Families, friends and the public are invited to attend, and are urged to bring photos or signs to highlight the loss of loved ones.

Suicide is the 11th leading cause of death, and if affects all areas of a survivor’s life.

The event is sponsored by Loving Outreach to Survivors to Suicide (LOSS), the Help Hotline Crisis Center Inc., and Survivors of Suicide (SOS) of Mahoning and Columbiana counties.
