Tea and shopping spree set at St. Rose Church

St. Rose Church, 48 E. Main St., will host a Ladies’ Tea and Shopping Spree fundraiser in Rosetta Hall from 3 to 6 p.m. May 1.

Featured at the traditional afternoon tea will be a variety of teas, scones, savories (petite tea sandwiches), sweets and punch.

A number of vendors will demonstrate products of interest to women that can be purchased or ordered. There will be items for Mother’s Day, showers, graduations or for personal use.

There also will be a “For Women Only” auction, cardmaking for young women and prizes.

Reservations are required. Tables for up to eight can be reserved.
