Tommy DeIullo pitched a five-inning, complete-game two-hitter, and hit a triple, double and single for the South Range High baseball team in an 11-1 win over Mineral Ridge Friday.

DeIullo (2-2) also had three RBIs. Andy Lacefield also had three hits, including a double, and two RBIs, Mike Thorpe hit a double and single with two RBIs for South Range (5-4, 2-3 ITCL Tier One).

Mooney 11, St. Thomas Aquinas 1

STRUTHERS

Vic Kuchmaner and Dan D’Andrea each went 3-for-4 with three RBIs for Mooney (6-0). D’Andrea also homered and tossed a four-hitter to get the win.

Girard 9, LaBrae 1

LEAVITTSBURG

Mat Pagano had three hits, A.J. DeVore had two hits and Patrick Rhodes had two RBIs to lead Girard. DeVore, A.J. Weibel and Nick Cavalier combined on a three-hitter for the win.

Newton Falls 5, Campbell 2

NEWTON FALLS

Tyler Kernen had three hits to lead Newton Falls (4-3, 1-2 AAC Blue), while Andy Lubonovic and Matt Lubonovic each had two hits. Tom Pulice had three hits and Anthony Clinkscale doubled and tripled for Campbell.

Struthers 13, Lakeview 10

STRUTHERS

Dylan Ducheck had three hits, Mike Kunzer doubled twice and Nick Gigax had two hits for Struthers (3-3), which scored 10 runs in the bottom of the first inning to take control. Anthony Franco had three hits and a walk and Justin Misterka also had three hits for the Bulldogs.

Niles 9, Jefferson 7

NILES

Joe Livi had two hits, including a homer, and drove in two runs to lead Niles. Pat Barrett had three hits and scored twice, Mike Watson had two hits and scored twice and Jake Foster had two hits and scored in the win.

Champion 5, Brookfield 0

CHAMPION

Kyle Skaggs doubled, homered, drove in two runs and scored another to lead Champion. Colton Greathouse had two hits, including a double, and Greg Culp tossed a one-hitter to get the win.

Columbiana 19, Lisbon 9

COLUMBIANA

Hank Schlueter doubled twice, tripled and drove in three runs, Jeff Davidson had three hits, including two doubles, and scored five times and Bryce Miner had two hits, including a homer, and drove in four for Columbiana (8-3, 4-2 ITCL Tier One). Drew Sweeney homered and drove in two and Josh Cook had two hits and two RBIs for Lisbon (0-6, 0-4).

Crestview 18, Wellsville 0

COLUMBIANA

Anthony Marnejon struck out seven batters and allowed just one single over four innings for Crestview (5-4). He also had a double and an RBI. Adam Coppock led the way for the winners, with two hits, including a double, and brought in three runners. Brian Orr and Andrew Batchelor each had an RBI while Logan Schaefer had a home run, a double and three RBIs.

Jackson-Milton 12, Chaney 2

NORTH JACKSON

Zac Nagy threw a complete-game five-hitter and belted a triple, two doubles and a single for Jackson-Milton (1-4). Mike Underwood doubled for the Cowboys (0-2).

West Branch 5, Carrollton 3

CARROLLTON

West Branch scored three runs in the top of the seventh. The winning run scored on an error on an attempted double play. Jake Mull (2-2) pitched a complete game to lead the Warriors (4-7, 2-4 NBC), while Brennan Wells had three hits and scored a run.

Fitch 5, Massillon 2, 9 innings

MASSILLON

On Thursday, Jake Eynon’s two hits included a ninth-inning single that scored the go-ahead run for the Falcons (2-2, 1-1 Federal League). Eynon also had two RBIs and two walks. Sean Mancino had two hits and two walks while John Michael Valentine (1-1) pitched nine innings for the win.

Boardman 5, Hoover 1

NORTH CANTON

Troy Parks pitched six innings for his second win of the season to lead Boardman. Parks allowed two hits and struck out three. Dan Popio hit a triple for the Spartans (4-2, 2-1 Federal League), while Nico DiIanni, Danny Watkins and Joey Markovitch all doubled.
