Councilman offering reward for information about signs

WARREN

Warren Councilman Bob Dean, a candidate for Warren president of council, says he has had 32 of his campaign signs in the southwestern and northwestern parts of the city stolen or damaged.

He is offering a $150 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone who is responsible.
