STRUTHERS
Three men turned themselves in at Struthers Municipal Court Wednesday after Poland Township police issued warrants charging them with receiving stolen property and breaking and entering.
John Dominick Sr., 42, of Struthers, was charged with obstructing official business and felony receiving stolen property.
His son, John Dominick Jr., 20, of Struthers, faces charges of criminal damaging and felony receiving stolen property.
Keith Richards, 18, also of Struthers, was charged with felony breaking and entering.
The three men are accused in connection with an April 3 incident where nearly $2,000 worth of tools and equipment was reported stolen from a Center Road storage garage, said police Chief Brian Goodin.
The three men did not enter pleas Wednesday during their arraignment, Goodin said.
Dominick and his son posted a $350 cash bond each, and Richards posted his $250 bond. All three are set to return to court April 20, according to court documents.
