Shenango River Watchers meets Saturday for cleanup activities

SHARON, PA. — Shenango River Watchers will have their annual Earth Day clean up events Saturday. They will work on some trouble spots in several of our watershed communities of the lower Shenango including Sharon, Sharpsville, Hermitage, and Wheatland.

Registration will be at 8:45 a.m. at the blue tent in the Reyer’s parking lot in downtown Sharon and work begins at 9 a.m. It will conclude around noon, and lunch will be supplied at the Budd Street canoe launch afterward.
