Stanwood-Baker wedding to be in Winona church

COLUMBIANA

Jay and Margie Stanwood of Columbiana are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Stanwood, also of Columbiana, and Brent Baker of Beloit, a son of Gary and Carolyn Baker of Salem.

The bride-elect graduated from Ashland University with a degree in elementary education and from Walden University with a degree in special education. She is an intervention specialist at South Range High School in Canfield.

Her fianc is the owner/operator of Baker’s Breeding Service in Beloit. He graduated from Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute with a dairy science degree.

Invitations will be issued for the wedding the couple have planned for 2 p.m. July 9 at Winona United Methodist Church and for their evening reception at The Georgetown in Boardman.
