Stephanie N. Benton, daughter of Tom and Mary Rose Benton of Berlin Center, and Scott Kline, son of Don and Judy Kline of Alliance, were married Sept. 18 at Canfield United Methodist Church.

The Rev. Donald Christensen officiated at the 2:30 p.m. ceremony, and the couple greeted guests during a reception at The Georgetown in Boardman.

After a honeymoon on the Hawaiian island of Maui, they live in Alliance.

The bride wore a satin A-line gown with a halter neckline and a chapel train. It was enhanced with beaded lace appliqu s and a lace hemline.

Lapis-colored gowns were worn by Kathy Corturillo, the bride’s cousin and honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Priscilla Schaeffer Benton, her sister-in-law; Lisa Bales; and Marilou Kocsis. Flower girls were Jorja Kline, the groom’s daughter; and Christina Corturillo, the bride’s cousin.

Joe Bales served as best man, and groomsmen were David Benton, the bride’s brother; Chris Leasure; and Joe Calabria, the bride’s cousin. Ring bearer was Matthew Donegan, and ushers were Russ Calabria and Carmen Calabria, cousins of the bride.

Mrs. Kline attended the Hair Academy in Alliance and will attend state tested nursing assistant classes at Alliance Career Center.

Mr. Kline graduated from Robert Morris University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
