26th annual victim's rights week vigil Tuesday

The Trumbull County chapter of Parents of Murdered Children will have its 26th annual victim’s rights week vigil at 7 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church, 309 North Park Ave.

Judge Cynthia Wescott Rice of the 11th District Court of Appeals will be keynote speaker.
