“Workaholics” (10:30 P.M., COMEDY CENTRAL): “Workaholics” is a sitcom about three hard-partying college grads (Anders Holm, Adam Devine and Blake Anderson) who have jobs as telemarketers. In the opener, they bribe some kids for untainted urine so they can pass a drug test.
