Few seats remain for ‘Blossoms’ at YSU

Only a few general admission (not table seating) tickets remain for the 7:30 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday performances of “Blossoms & Bliss,” the cabaret-style musical revue at Youngstown State University Theater.
Table seats are still available for the 10:30 p.m. show Saturday. It is unlikely that tickets will be available at the box office for any of the final performances, according to a news release from YSU Theater. Reservations are advised; call 330-941-3105.
“Blossoms & Bliss” is presented in Spotlight Arena Theater in Bliss Hall, Wick Avenue.
Auditions for film to be shot in Pgh.

Lemodeln Model and Talent Agency, 7536 Market St., will have auditions for the Summit Entertainment film “Perks of Being a Wallflower,” starring Logan Lerman and Emma Watson, which will be shot in Pittsburgh May 10 to July 1. Actors will receive SAG pay scales. The film is about a shy teen boy entering the daunting and exciting world of high school. Roles include several parts for actors 18-21 to play teenagers; as well as parents and teachers, doctors and police, ranging in age from 40s to about 60. New radio slot for Tracey Winbush

Tracey & Friends, the Urban Talk Radio program that has been a morning mainstay on WASN-AM 1500 for the past four years, is moving to afternoons and the more powerful reach of WSOM-AM 600, a Cumulus radio station. It now airs from noon to 3 p.m. weekdays. The “Urban Talk with Conservative Thought” program is hosted by Tracey Winbush.
Four bands in show at Yankee Lake

Four bands — The Back Alley Band, Bleeding Soul, Conestoga and Night Moves — will perform at Yankee Lake Ballroom Friday night in a show that will benefit the Mathews Little Mustangs football/cheerleading organization in the Fowler-Vienna area.
