Swizzle Stick day at Daffin’s Candies

FARRELL, Pa.

Daffin’s Candies will have its annual open house and Swizzle Stick Sunday on April 10 at the company’s factory at 7 Spearman Ave.

Guests can tour the factory for free from noon until 4 p.m. and receive free samples of Daffin’s chocolate and free bunny ears. From the Youngstown area, take exit 4B off Interstate 80 and head to Farrell.

Music at Noon concerts at Butler

YOUNGSTOWN

Youngstown State University Dana School of Music, in collaboration with the Butler Institute of American Art, will present Music at Noon performances at 12:15 p.m. for the next five Wednesdays.

The free concerts are in the main court of the Butler, 524 Wick Ave. Parking is free at the Butler. For more information, call 330-941-3636. The performance schedule is as follows:

Wednesday: saxophone studio.

April 13: string department.

April 20: musical theater.

April 27: brass chamber ensembles.

May 4: New Music Society.
