TUESDAY

Daphne will meet at 11:30 a.m. at Something Unique For You Florist, 5865 Mahoning Ave., with Anne Beck as coordinator.

Ikebana will meet at 9 a.m. at Fellows Riverside Gardens for two classes in the Ichiyo School with Shirley Winkler as master instructor.

WEDNESDAY

Mahoning will meet at noon for lunch at Kravitz Delicatessen in Poland Public Library, 311 S. Main St., Poland. Sharon Henry will present a program on “Gardening for Wildlife.” Marian Glover and Barbara Wigle will be hostesses.

THURSDAY

Nature Lovers will have a “Lend a Hand” meeting at 1 p.m. at Fellows Riverside Gardens. Goodie bags will be packed for the GCO convention in 2011.

St. Charles will meet at 7 p.m. in the St. Matthew Room in the ministries building for a wine and cheese tasting by Creekside Beverages. Hostesses will be Carole Beconder, Anna Benson and Katherine Bobosky.

Sweetbriar will meet for a talk on “A Year of Wildflowers” by Gordon Vujevic. Hostess will be Sharon Maloney.

Garden club events are published Sunday. Please submit information to the Society Department by 5 p.m. Wednesday.
