Mahoning County welcomes 9 new citizens

YOUNGSTOWN — These people became U.S. citizens in a naturalization ceremony this week conducted by Judge Theresa Dellick of Mahoning County Juvenile Court.

Their names, hometowns and countries of origin are as follows: Georgia Alexander, Campbell, Greece; Wen Fang Liu Manno, Boardman, People’s Republic of China; Linh Thu Pham, Youngstown, Vietnam; Nargiza Abdiganimovna Sabiralieva, Beloit, Kyrgyzstan; Giovanna Zomoida, Struthers, Italy; Badih Mounir Feghali, Canfield, Lebanon; Ann Marie Caligiuri, Canfield, United Kingdom; Xiuyun Liu, Boardman, People’s Republic of China; and Ursula Carmen Fritch, Boardman, Germany.
