Browns’ Delhomme still out

Cleveland Browns quarterback Jake Delhomme is not practicing for the third straight week because of a sprained ankle.

Delhomme has been sidelined since rolling his right ankle while throwing an interception in Cleveland’s season-opening loss in Tampa Bay. He was inactive the past two weeks with backup Seneca Wallace starting losses against Kansas City and Baltimore.
