The wedding of Rachel Lynn Blazak and Barry Richard Wardle took place June 12 at First Christian Church with the Revs. Bobby Murphy and Bill Rotar officiating.

Parents of the couple are Joseph and Tammy Blazak of Austintown and Richard and Nancy Wardle of Poland.

A reception followed at The Lake Club in Poland, and the couple honeymooned at Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island, Bahamas. They are living in Struthers.

The bride’s A-line strapless gown of ivory satin and organza was accented with Swarovski crystals and designed with a chapel-length train.

Tracy Marsolo was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Kelsey Schaefer; Michelle Wardle, sister-in-law of the groom; Maggie Lamping, Megan Terek, Jeana Stevens, Halley Moore, Sarah Mosser and Lea Rizer. They wore periwinkle gowns. Junior bridesmaid was Alyssa Deeds, a cousin of the bride; and flower girl was Addison Wardle, the groom’s niece.

Best man was Sean Wardle, the groom’s brother; and groomsmen were Adam Blazak, brother of the bride; Aaron Bero, Lou Garland, Rob Terek, Toby Bacon, Dan Kutchel, Joe Bettura and Joe Hellman. Tyler Wardle, nephew of the groom, was ring bearer.

Mrs. Wardle holds a bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University and is an assistant local service coordinator for Roth Bros. in Austintown.

Her husband earned a bachelor’s degree from YSU and is director of sales at Roth Bros. in Austintown.
