Old, unused medications to be collected

YOUNGSTOWN

Local law enforcement agencies and Humility of Mary Health Partners are taking part in the first nationwide collection of unused or expired medication Saturday.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Drug Enforcement Agency and its local partners will set up collection sites.

According to the DEA’s Office of Diversion Control website, these area agencies are participating:

HMHP St. Elizabeth Health Center, 1044 Belmont Ave.

Boardman Police, 8299 Market St.

Austintown Police, 92 Ohltown Road

Poland Village Police, 308 S. Main St.

Beaver Police, 601 W. South Range Road

Canfield Police, 104 Lisbon St.

New Middletown Police, 10711 Main Street

Springfield Township Police, 3475 E. South Range Road

Jackson Township Police, 10613 Mahoning Ave.

Hermitage Police, 800 N. Hermitage Road

Salem Police, 231 S. Broadway Ave.

Newton Falls Police, 19 Canal St.

East Liverpool and St. Clair Township Police, 15442 Pugh Road
