Harvest Day event set at Villa Maria

VILLA MARIA, Pa.

Sisters of the Humility of Mary will host their 11th annual Harvest Day Celebration from noon to 5 p.m. Oct. 2 at Villa Maria Community Center, one mile from the Ohio/Pa state line, off Evergreen Road.

Among the features will be hayrides, pumpkin painting, face painting. games for children and entertainment by the bluegrass band The Weathered Road.

Visitors are encouraged to enter a recipe in a Pumpkin Bake-off contest.
