New Castle man charged with sexually assaulting 2 kids

Andrew David Perry, 23, of Cleland Mill Road, is facing sexual-assault charges involving two children.
Perry was taken to Lawrence County Jail, where bonds are set at $2,500 on the charges involving a 9-year-old boy, and at $7,500 on the charges involving a girl, 7 to 10 years old, said Pennsylvania State Police.
The boy is now 17, and the girl is now 15, police said.
The boy was assaulted at a Wampum home between January and Dec. 31, 2002; the girl was assaulted at the same home between January 2002 and Dec. 31, 2005, they said.
Perry is facing charges of sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and indecent assault concerning the boy.
He faces charges of criminal attempt/rape of a child, criminal attempt/statutory sexual assault, criminal attempt/sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, and indecent exposure concerning the girl.
